Our pieces are made to order for you, so we can't restock returns the way a warehouse brand can. Here's how we look after you.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email hello@gymbunz.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll replace the piece or refund you — no need to send it back unless we ask.
Sizing
GYMBUNZ fits are body-con by design. Check the size options and measurements on the product page before ordering. If something arrives and the fit is truly off, message us — we'll do what we can.
Change of mind
Because each order is produced individually, change-of-mind returns aren't accepted. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us straight away — if it hasn't gone into production yet, we can usually stop it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within a few business days of being issued.
