1. Use of the site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site to violate any applicable law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

2. Account responsibility

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a completed contract. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a price or description was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.
• Prices and availability may change at any time before an order is confirmed. We do not price-match after an order is placed.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and Shopify to charge the amount due.
• You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method used for a purchase.

5. Products and descriptions

We work hard to display products, colours, and sizing accurately, but appearance can vary between screens and fabric batches. GYMBUNZ fits are body-con by design; please review size options and any measurements shown on each product page before ordering.

6. Shipping, customs and delivery

• Orders are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, so production begins after your order is placed.
• Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the parcel has shipped.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Because our pieces are made to order, we cannot accept general change-of-mind returns. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

8. Discount codes and promotions

Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Unless stated otherwise, discounts apply to merchandise only and do not cover shipping, taxes, or gift cards. Codes cannot be combined or transferred.

9. Intellectual property

The GYMBUNZ name, logos, product photography, designs, graphics, text, and all other content on the Site are owned by GYMBUNZ or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use the Site for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without permission.
• Interfere with the Site's security features or networks.
• Resell products purchased from the Site without written authorization.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. GYMBUNZ apparel is athletic fashion and is not safety or protective equipment.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GYMBUNZ and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GYMBUNZ from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
